PARENT/TEACHER MEETING
• Parent/Teacher meetings are scheduled each term (refer to the current school calendar on the school website). However, if you wish to contact the teacher, please do so via the respective coordinator and subject supervisors. A complaint policy form must be filled first.

• Kindly note that teachers are not allowed meeting with parents except in the presence of subject’s supervisor and with a previously scheduled appointment.

• Should you wish to meet with the Academic Coordinator please call for an appointment? Meetings with the Academic Coordinator take place as follows:
– Preparatory and Secondary coordinator on Tuesday: 12:00 am – 1:00 pm
– Primary coordinator on Thursday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
– Principal on Monday: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
